Not McGreasy McCholestorol kind…
The the trick your mind into believing that you’re eating the deep fryer classic kind of fries. Butternut Squash sounds like a “Grandma” veggie; but an interesting recipe twist on fries will always perk GT’s interest and I suspect it’ll do the same for you cause fries=fun. I love sweet potato fries. There’s a spot here in San Fran called Zebulon that makes kick a$$ sweet potato fries. These look delicious as well. I’ll give these a go.
