etsy vintage: blue bell bazaar…
My sister affectionately calls them hand me downs…but I love, love, love vintage. There’s nothing like the originality of unorthodox detail and the feeling of the ownership of a one of a kind item piece that has a background story. I’m gonna kick things off with Blue Bell Bazaar. BBB is a great vintage shop with loads of variety for those of us who don’t have access to yard sale finds in the stix (us city slickers) or those of us who prefer the click of a mouse as opposed to say…burning gas and/or haggling foot work. My aunt collected vintage glasses. She had tons of colors and big chunky textures. I didn’t appreciate it at the time, but I have really come to appreciate textured glass.

I didn’t appreciate Vintage until I got tired of wanting all things shiny and brand new….there is an art to liking all things weathered…

Perfect site for me. My friend and I always say, “this weekend we are going to yard sales”. Whatever, neither of us gets up early enough to get anything worth it. School, work, and extra stuff throughout the week makes sleeping in more desireable.
