happy holidays + a new decade.
It’s that time of year where I put the blog on hibernation and recharge the batteries. Whether you just found this blog or you’re an old timer words cannot express the gratitude I feel for the thousands of you who visit Get Togetha everyday to lurk, to converse or to be inspired to live your best lifestyle. Thanks to the staff over at Black Voices, AphroChic, Mahogany Butterfly, Fly Girl, Honey Mag, Laid Back Home, Get Em Girls, Clutch Mag, and YMIB for the amazing support you’ve shown to Get Togetha! And thanks to my die hards: TJ, First Lady, Simone, Gilliane, Shell, Alicia, Gem…for your humor, your insight, your quirks and your valuable input on whatever gets posted…*Lots of Cyber hugs and kisses*….Get Togetha will be back in full swing Tuesday, January 5th, 2010. There’s so much to look forward to in this new decade…I’m amped. Of course I’ll be tweetin from time to time cause I can’t keep my mangy hands off my laptop to save my life but I do plan on having lots of movies, wine, painting my toenails,and *Gem’s favorite*...Chocolate…Love you all like play cousins and Happy New Year!
