Aside from my usual to do’s I went on a serious “got lost” YouTube binge this weekend. I swear. Some channels are like going to college and I am truly grateful for the amount of ish I’ve learned over the weekend. I also did some brushing up on understanding my values. Lurkers. It’s so important to know what your values because they are a vital part of true happiness. Without values the likelihood of being violated, disrespected and feeling resentful grows to a Code Orange level. Values are you guide post to getting the most out of what you want in this life.
